i think i am ready for a new wreath and this one will do...but wait there is an adorable butterfly wreath in melissa's shop.

if i get time this weekend in between mulching and a visit to a local art fair...along with the other items on my post-it....i want to make these crispy salted white chocolate oatmeal cookies that are featured on smitten kitchen

skirt makin'

we have been busy sewing up some amy butler barcelona skirts and mid-stream decided to make more while we were at it.  had lots of help from colleen, dawn and tasha.

this is my spring break.  i have spent too much time sleeping or just in bed (not really, i have been up by 7, keeping teacher hours)and it is much deserved.  i find i allow myself to be entitled to a lot just because i teach middle school.  goes a little something like this; i teach middle school so i can eat this fattening little debbie swiss roll.   by the way, did you know the today show is on all morning?  why, why, oh, why?  we had craft day sunday; the amy butler barcelona skirts are almost done.  why are the ladies at fabric stores so unfriendly, cutting cloth does not give you the right to be unpleasant.  might go back to bush stadium for round two or opening day.  yesterday's rained out game became a class reunion.  do any of you live in a town or city like st. louis where it is just too small?  i run in to people that i know or my sisters know everywhere i go.
