mix a box of angel food cake mix (single packet) with one can of easy pumpkin pie mix. that's it. it will get foamy really bulk up. no water!!! sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. i did spray the pan. pour into a baking pan. bake at 350 for 30 min. good luck. give it a big dollop of whipped cream!
